Many Veterans experience feelings of numbness, disinterest in previously enjoyed activities, and even hopelessness. Some even grapple with suicidal thoughts. By seeking help and connecting with supportive resources, including counseling and the Veterans Crisis Line, they found paths to recovery and rediscovered joy in life.
